I’m chiming in a little bit late, but I’m loving my latest read of Jules Verne’s
"The Children of Captain Grant"
It combines everything I like from adventure, westerns and mystery to the importance of family and friendship. Rereading it in French has also lended a different experience. Definitely recommend. Also there’s a wonderful 7 part series based on the book.
It looks realistic though
