Somewhere Beyond the Stars (JuditGuevara)

Emily is an average girl from Rosetta, a rigorous theocratic society. Throughout her whole life, she has learned about the “sacred norms” that support the realms’ entire hierarchy: while the males had been blessed by the gods, females were created with the only purpose of serving them and bearing their children. Moreover, since women are considered inferior beings, and therefore unable to experience pure love, marriage is only permitted between men. However, Emily is convinced that true love knows no boundaries and no genders, even if it means paying the price for embracing a forbidden affair with one of her masters.
