In the heart of winter, the small town of Frosthaven is engulfed in unprecedented storms. Eirik, a high school senior and dedicated gamer, immerses himself in “Valhalla’s Wrath,” a VR game where players live as Viking warriors. During a stormy evening, Eirik unlocks a mysterious rune, transporting himself and the game’s mythical creatures into the real world. Clad in his character’s armor and wielding a massive sword, Eirik battles frost giants and other beasts threatening his town.
